| BS 15000 is the first de-facto-standard for IT-Service-Management. This standard specifies a number of processes and is based on ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). Moreover, the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) has accepted BS15000 and in 2006, will publish the new international acknowledgement as ISO 20000.
